I dropped Britain off at Grandma and Grandpa’s which has dual benefits.  First, I have a Momma overdue and I’m hoping to meet Baby A today, so the kids would need to go to G&G’s anyways.

Second, our dearest friends, the Bergstrom’s which may sound familiar from their maternity shoot HERE, had their bundle of joy early Thursday morning.  I begged Eric to drive out there at 8:30pm to meet Ethan Isaiah.  It always amazes me to see these faces for the first time.  Nathan is adopted (and his story, his parents deep love have made Eric and I think of adoption), so to see him hold and gush over HIS CHILD was beautiful.  Mother/fatherhood is getting as close as one can to touching a little piece of heaven.

Here he is giving out a yawn to remind us all that being born is hard work!
