Thomas and Jocelyne live in the heart of Washington D.C. AND in Paris. Yep, you read that right. Already turning green with envy, right? Just wait. Their wedding was everything and more! Situated just outside Baltimore, Patapsco Female Institute has rich history dating back to 1834 when it was a girl’s finishing school. It’s changed ownership a few times over and also been a hotel, private residence, and even a hospital during WW1! Now converted into a venue space, the architecture and history make it one of the most impressive places I have ever photographed!
Not only that (yes, there’s more!) but I had the amazing honor of documenting this wedding with a dear friend of mine, Alice Che (Alice Che Photography). It was so fun to blend our unique perspectives and create a truly dynamic wedding story for these two.
Thomas got ready at The Weston in downtown DC along with his groomsmen.
It rained all day, but no one let that stop the fun!
Jocelyne had her dress custom made using two different pieces (a top and a separate bottom).
