Moments aren't meant to be directed. You don't need to be told where to put on your shoes, how someone else's tradition dictates who helps you in your dress, or how you should react to your story unfolding.

hen it comes to portraits, I take more of a director position so that you, your spouse, and your
ones that WOW your friends and family, is just as important as the candid moments. Time and time again, the candid images tell the story, but the portraits are the images we hang on our walls. My style is always looking to push the envelope and create something new...a killer portrait... and I LOVE thinking outside the box. It's not unusual for me to say "Okay, I want you guys to do XYZ and just trust me on this."
